The truck was coming from Chapainawabganj towards Rajshahi. Suddenly losing control, the truck turned towards Chapainawabganj and overturned. And 20 cows of the truck fell on the road. The accident took place in Alimganj area of Paba upazila of Rajshahi on Friday afternoon.

Six or seven traders were going to Chittagong with cows from Nachol in Chapainawabganj. The driver of the truck lost control at Alimganj bend. The truck turned in the direction it was coming from and overturned on the side of the road. There were 20 cows in the truck. All the cows fell on the road. Two were seriously injured and one broke his leg.
Several traders were also injured. Two seriously injured cows were slaughtered there. The broken cow was sold to a local man. The injured businessman was rescued and sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital. Others took first aid locally.
At the same place, on July 10, a passenger bus went on the wrong side of the road and collided head-on with a brick-laden trolley. The trolley got under the bus and the driver was killed on the spot.
